During the company’s formative years, he played a key role in shaping its vision and growth, establishing Card USA as a one-stop shop for card production and value-added solutions tailored to customer needs.
A recognized innovator in card technology and payment solutions, Marc went on to launch multiple ventures in the sector. His most recent success, Openbucks Corp., a payment company focused on alternative payments, was acquired in 2020 by Paysafe, a publicly traded global payments platform.

With over 25 years of deep-rooted experience in the card manufacturing and personalization industry, Samuel Guy Fridman leads Card USA, Inc. as its CEO and driving force. His leadership spans across all facets of the company’s operations—from business development, sales, and production, to supply chain and logistics.
Samuel Guy’s expertise covers the full spectrum of card technologies and solutions, including smart cards, EMV, Chip & PIN, RFID, NFC, SIM, prepaid, membership, credit, debit, loyalty, gift, promotional, key, and mobile top-up cards. His in-depth knowledge extends to both plastic and paper card manufacturing, personalization, fulfillment, and end-to-end logistics.
As a hands-on executive and key participant in every strategic initiative, Samuel supports and strengthens all areas of the company’s growth and innovation. His forward-thinking approach, industry foresight, and dedication to operational excellence have made him an integral part of Card USA’s continued success.

With a strong foundation in Business Administration and Finance from Politécnico Grancolombiano in Bogotá, Dolly Bethes brings over two decades of experience, precision, and heart to her work. She began her career managing a computer parts distribution company in Colombia, where she honed her skills in leadership and logistics.
Since moving to the U.S. in 2001, Dolly has been an essential part of Card USA, Inc., seamlessly managing both data coordination and project execution. Known for her reliability, sharp problem-solving, and calm under pressure, she ensures every detail is on point—from personalization and encoding to full-scale project management.

Account Manager/ Business Development.
Janissa is a results-driven Account Manager with a strong background in marketing, communications, and strategic business development. She specializes in building and managing long-term client relationships, overseeing a portfolio of key customer accounts—including leading banking and financial institutions across the English-speaking Caribbean and Latin America, as well as unique card projects in the USA and Europe.
Having worked in the card industry for over 15 years, Janissa is dedicated and with a proactive and client-focused approach, she manages the entire sales and production cycle, from product development and project execution to vendor negotiations and ongoing support. Her efforts have directly contributed to significant business growth, including the successful management of multiple financial card projects. Her ability to implement targeted marketing tactics and elevate customer service standards has consistently driven client satisfaction, repeat business, and international expansion opportunities.
Technology and Security Advisor
Rodrigo brings decades of expertise in payment card technology, cybersecurity, and large-scale project management. His career spans leadership roles in EMV migration, PCI compliance, and secure card manufacturing, serving financial institutions across Latin America.
As a trusted advisor, Rodrigo has guided banks and cooperatives through complex transitions to chip and dual-interface card technologies, ensuring alignment with Visa, Mastercard, and global security standards. His deep understanding of cryptographic systems, including HSM infrastructure and key management, has been instrumental in achieving PCI-CPP certifications for multiple organizations.
Rodrigo’s technical prowess extends to software development, where he has designed solutions for national ID programs, loyalty platforms, and access control systems. His work on Ecuador’s citizen ID card project, involving millions of issued cards, showcases his ability to deliver secure, high-volume implementations.
Accountant / Finance Manager
Dasha is a finance professional with over 18 years of proven experience in accounting, financial management, reporting, analysis, and regulatory compliance. At Card USA Inc., responsible for full-cycle accounting and leading all core financial functions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance. Previously worked on Wall Street as an accountant for major financial institutions, including the American Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange. Passed the CPA Exam (New York State) and holds a BBA in Accountancy from Baruch College, City University of New York.
Director of Sales, Americas
Ryan brings over two decades of proven leadership in sales and business development across the Americas. At Card USA, he spearheads strategic growth initiatives with a focus on delivering value-driven solutions to enterprise clients in financial services, security printing, government ID, and card manufacturing sectors.
His career spans high-level sales management roles throughout North, Central, and South America, where he has consistently built and expanded profitable client relationships. Ryan has deep expertise in complex sales cycles, cross-border operations, and solution-oriented consultative selling.
Prior to joining Card USA, Ryan served as Director of Sales – Latin America at Atlantic Zeiser for 11 years, a global leader in card personalization and high-security printing systems. His track record includes launching new markets, leading multinational sales teams, and delivering tailored technology solutions across diverse regulatory and business environments.
Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Ryan leverages his multilingual capabilities and international experience to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels—from technical teams to C-level executives. His commitment to long-term client success and market innovation makes him a trusted partner to organizations seeking reliable, scalable card solutions across the Americas.
